
Delivery Details
All deliveries are dispatched within 48 hours (Mon-Fri). Customers will need signature at point of delivery.
All packages are sent either 1st or 2nd class Recorded Delivery, depending on which shipping option you choose at checkout. All international orders are shipped through Parcel Force. (8-10 Working Days for delivery on all International Orders)
An email will be sent to you when we have dispatched your order. You should receive your package with 1-3 days of being dispatched (1st Class Recorded) or 3-5 days (2nd Class Recorded)

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are as follows:
- 1st Class Recorded Delivery (Royal Mail 1-3 Working Days) - £3.50
- 2nd Class Recorded Delivery (Royal Mail 3-5 Working Days) - FREE
- International - Outside Britain: (Parcel Force 8-10 Working Days) - £10.00
How do I track my order when it has been sent?
When we have dispatched your order, we will email you to let you know its on the way to you. Within the email there will be a tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel through the Royal Mail website.
Can I cancel an order?
If you have not yet received an dispatched email from us, you are more than welcome to cancel your order. You can do this by either contacting through email at: info@ganobi.com or by calling our Customer Service Department on (+44) 0161 408 1026.
If your order has already been sent, then you may return your order in accordance with our return policy, please see below.
Can I amend an order once it has been placed?
You can do this by either email us at info@ganobi.com or though our Customer Service Department on (+44) 0161 408 1026, and one of our team will help you change your order. (Please note, this must be done before we dispatch your order)
Returns Policy
Returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt of delivery. The customer will be liable for the payment of the postage charge in the event of the return of a non-faulty garment(s). Faulty garment(s) need to be returned and the customer will be liable for the payment of the postage charge, and if found faulty we will refund your postage. Please see back of invoice (sent with your order) for details on returning an item.
Exchanges:
We are more than happy to exchange any unworn and unwashed items when presented with a copy of your original invoice. (Which can be found posted with your order).
To exchange an item, simply follow the instructions on the back of the invoice provided with your order.
Returning items for exchange is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore we recommend you pay for postal insurance, which can cover the cost of any loss or damage with the parcel when sending back to us.
Refunds Policy
A full refund will be provided upon the receipt of the return goods; in the same condition they were sent. We will only issue you a full refund if the garments have not been worn or washed. All refunds will be issued back to the card which was used for payment. After we have received the returned item(s) it will take 3-5 working days before the payment to be back on your card.
