Q: How do I become a Ganobi & Grant model?
A: At the moment we're working on our Autumn/Winter collection for 2010. Therefore we'll be needing beautiful males and females between the ages of 16-25 to model for our new collection. Therefore if you think you have what it takes to become a G&G model, please email us at models@ganobi.com including two photos of yourself. (1st, Full body and 2nd Facial image)

Q: How long does a online gift voucher last for?
A: They're valid for one year from the date of issue.

Q: I have lost my gift voucher or it has expired can you replace it?
A: Unfortunately if the voucher has expired we will be unable to reissue you with another. The same goes for lost gift vouchers.

Q: Can I stock Ganobi & Grant clothing in my store??
A: To keep our clothes as exclusive as possible, we don't let any other stores stock our own brand. Therefore the only way you can buy one of our garments is either through our web site or a Uni REP.

Q: How do I become a Uni REP for Ganobi & Grant?

A: Of course we are!

Q: What does an G&G Uni Rep do?
A: Uni Reps help spread the word on Ganobi & Grant. We work close together to set-up events and parties in there located universities. Uni Reps also receive 30% off all items from G&G. Though the main feature, is the ability of earning some extra cash by referring other students. Each student that orders from a Uni Rep not only saves 25% off their order, but also earns Uni Rep commission.

Q: If I order on-line, can I return my stuff?
A: Yes, of course you can. You can return any items within 30 days of purchase. Please see our Returns policy for more details.

Q: Do I have to pay for returns?
A: Yes, postage is non-refundable, unless the item is faulty. Though we will provide you with a £5.00 gift voucher for your next order, to help compensate for this.

Q: How long does it take to get my goods?
A: It depends on which shipping method you have chosen in the checkout process. 1st class recorded delivery normal takes 1-3 working days after dispatch. 2nd class recorded delivery normally takes 3-5 working days after dispatch. A: Each month we send out an Ganobi & Grant online newsletter to your email address. A: We will never pass your details onto other companies/parties, even the companies we trust. Because we understand receiving spam is extremely frustrating. We don't like it, so why should you have to deal with it as well.
